1、驅動(dòng)器的問(wèn)題：驅動(dòng)器本身里面的結構或者電子原器件有問(wèn)題也會(huì )造成錯位現象，這個(gè)原因多;溫度過(guò)高啊，受磁場(chǎng)干擾啊，潮濕短路啊等，若出現的次數不多，而且把速度降低一點(diǎn)，有時(shí)能正常雕刻，這說(shuō)明驅動(dòng)器還沒(méi)有徹 底壞掉;如果一開(kāi)始雕刻就錯位就說(shuō)明驅動(dòng)器徹 底壞了。解決辦法：修理驅動(dòng)器或者更換驅動(dòng)器。

1. Driver problems: problems in the structure or electronic components of the driver itself can also cause dislocation, which is caused by many reasons; If the temperature is too high, affected by magnetic field interference, wet short circuit, etc., and the speed is reduced a little, it can be carved normally sometimes, which means that the driver has not completely broken down; If the engraving is misplaced at the beginning, the drive is completely broken. Solution: repair the drive or replace it.

2、電壓的問(wèn)題：雕刻機在工作時(shí)需要的功率大，如果電壓過(guò)低，給驅動(dòng)器供電不足，功率達不到則會(huì )造成錯位現象，這種情況一般以Y軸錯位為多，出現這種現象有可能是外界電壓不夠，或者在同一線(xiàn)路上有人使用了大功率的設備如電焊等。解決辦法：安裝一個(gè)5000瓦的穩壓電源，但這個(gè)穩壓電源的誤差范圍不能超過(guò)5%，在3%以?xún)??；蛘吆?jiǎn)單的：給這臺雕刻機單獨弄個(gè)電源，這個(gè)電源上不要再使用其他設備。

2. Voltage problem: engraving machine needs high power when it works. If the voltage is too low, the power supply to the driver is insufficient, and the power can not reach, it will cause dislocation. This situation is generally Y-axis dislocation. This phenomenon may be due to insufficient external voltage, or someone using high-power equipment on the same line, such as welding. Solution: install a 5000 Watt regulated power supply, but the error range of the regulated power supply can not exceed 5%, within 3%. Or simply: get a separate power supply for this engraving machine, and don't use other equipment on this power supply.

3、接口板，主板，轉接板的問(wèn)題：要是接口板，主板，轉接板壞了，雕刻機在工作的過(guò)程中，某一個(gè)方向或者是三個(gè)軸均不動(dòng)，造成雕刻錯位。這種錯位對機器的損害比較嚴重，當出現時(shí)因立即停機，修好之后再上電運行

3. 4、主軸電機的問(wèn)題：要是步進(jìn)電機或者是伺服電機的問(wèn)題，整個(gè)機器在某一方向上都不移動(dòng)，這種情況出現后表面上跟上面錯位的情況差不多，只是原因不同，一個(gè)是控制電路出問(wèn)題了，沒(méi)給電機轉動(dòng)的信號，電機不轉，一個(gè)是電機本身出問(wèn)題了，即使給它信號，它也不轉，遇到這種情況，都應當立即停機，查出原因，修好之后再通電

4. 5、機床本身的問(wèn)題：機床上的某個(gè)部件有問(wèn)題或者是松動(dòng)，表面有雜質(zhì)等也會(huì )出現錯位現象;如聯(lián)軸器松了，壞了，都會(huì )出現錯位;導軌，絲桿上長(cháng)時(shí)間沒(méi)有清洗加油也會(huì )出現錯位現象;機床線(xiàn)要是斷了也會(huì )出現錯位現象。

5. 6、各部分連接控制線(xiàn)接觸不好(功控線(xiàn)傳輸線(xiàn))。解決辦法：將所有連線(xiàn)拆掉再裝。
